- Create a recurring $350 million from within the General Fund each year to increase annual pay for police, sheriff and all other law enforcement officials employed by any jurisdiction in the state of Colorado.
- Recurring $20 million per year to recruit, train, retain, and reward the best and brightest law enforcement officials to work in Colorado.
- 1 $ Million-dollar death benefit paid within 30 days in the event a peace officer is killed in the line of duty payable to surviving spouse or children.
