Sentencing—Currently violent Criminals only serve 42% of their sentences before they are eligible for parole due to liberal policies. These are the most violent criminals, murderers, rapists, felons with long rap sheets that are put back on our streets. Truth in Sentencing will mandate that they serve at least 85% of their jail sentence before they are eligible for parole.
With real jail time at stake, this will help keep violent predators off Colorado streets.
